Speaker Spotlight

Most Reverend J. Gregory Kelly

Bishop Kelly entered Holy Trinity seminary in 1976 and was ordained to the priesthood for the Diocese of Dallas on may 15. 1982. In December of 2024, he was appointed as the fifth bishop of Tyler and was installed on February 24, 2025. Bishop Kelly attributes his vocation to the deep faith and example of his parents and to his childhood pastor. Father George Julian, Omi, whose example of priesthood inspired his own.

Matt Kramer

Before joining The Catholic Foundation 14 years ago, Matt gained 29 years of international business and leadership experience at Dallas-based Commercial Metals Company (CMC). Matt leads with integrity and remains a constant leader despite the ever-changing nature of economic cycles. In addition to his professional career, he has been active in local parishes and Catholic organizations for more than 35 years. He is a member of St. Monica Catholic Church, Serra Club of Metropolitan Dallas, Dallas Estate Planning Council and the Estate Planning Council of North Texas.
